I do hope you are making plans to attend the 2010 NoCASCOE Convention this year.
The convention will be held at the Village Inn Golf & Conference Center in Clemmons,
NC on April 22-24,2010. I am SURE you will have a great time.

$65.00 plus tax/night. Interested attendees should ask for the NoCASCOE block of
rooms. The toll free number is 1-800-554-6416 or 1-336-766-9121.
Convention attendees that wish to arrive early on Wednesday 4/21/2010, the rate will
remain the same.
I'll have more info to come in reference to registration, planned events, etc.....

Convention time is closing in!! It will be a Hawaiian-like atmosphere in Clemmons! Put up those winter coats and hats and
get your Hawaiian shirts, grass skirts and coconut bras ready. Your NoCASCOE officers are working hard to host a fun-filled
time and informative gathering.
Registration begins on Thursday at 3:00 pm -5:00 pm. Thursday evening, you'll imagine you've stepped right onto a
Hawaiian beach with the palm trees swaying and the music in your head. Of course, you will taste the treats prepared by the
delicate hands of Martha Mills and her associates in the hospitality suite. The evening will be topped off with a live auction
and DJ/dancing.
Friday morning will bring the NoCASCOE Directors meeting, NoCRASCOE brunch and meeting; wine tour; the general
session (starting around 1:00/1:30 pm) with a variety of speakers; a social hour in the evening; then the "Big Island Feast"
Banquet where we'll honor this year's scholarship winners, recipients of Distinguished Service Awards, and our friends
who've earned Length of Service Awards. The celebration will continue with dancing.
On Saturday morning, there will be two seminars. A Wellness Seminar presented by Blue Cross and Blue Shield Group
Consultant Debbie Tolbert and a seminar presented by Federal Benefits Retirement Specialist Nate Whitson.
Don't forget to send in your registration forms. Registering by Friday, April 9th will save you $10 off your banquet ticket.
